A probiotic uniqueness is lactofermented rice bran. The natural microbiome of rice bran contains cultures that also belong to the physiological microbial population of the horse’s intestine. Through a special fermentation process, microbial populations are enhanced so that lacto-fermented and freeze-dried rice bran represents a highly concentrated natural component that promotes the gut microbiome.

Furthermore, functional nucleotides support the regeneration of the gastrointestinal mucosa and intestinal villi. Specific herbs and spices provide secondary plant substances to stabilize digestion. In addition to lactofermented rice bran, other pre- and probiotics such as yeast cultures nourish and promote a physiological gut microbiome. Dietary charcoal binds harmful substances in the intestine, prevents their absorption and also provides prebiotic properties.
